I started off at Utah State University where I graduated with my degree in Computer Science. Desiring to expand myself, I pursued UX design certification from CareerFoundry. There, I absolutely fell in love with design thinking and human centered design and was inspired to switch careers and become a user experience designer.

Currently I manage the Web UX team at Lucid Software. Before this, I spent time at Myriad Genetics where I designed for the Women’s Health Marketing team, and its core offerings to connect consumers with the benefits of genetic testing.

Leading design for teams in two, large, enterprise settings has illuminated the value of balancing business goals while thoughtfully advocating for users.
